The transaction covers a fleet of 76 Terberg terminal tractors used for towing cargo trailers in and out of ships. As ships have little time in port, the (un)loading of cargo needs to be done efficiently.

Structuring the transaction was complex due to the long term (7 to 10 years), high residual values, and multiple jurisdictions. DLL even purchased four units already delivered and leased these back to ensure the entire fleet fell under the same financing platform.
