The sensors provide accurate measurement of room and external temperature. Additional measurement options include light level (LUX) and occupancy. CDR CO2 measurement models and RHR relative humidity %rH models are also available.

The sensors can also operate as temperature and LUX PI-controllers with 0-10V DC control outputs, and/or with digital outputs for plant switching. Other intelligent feature is that the sensors can also integrate additional measurements via built-in inputs and and control via network outputs. High contrast display option also provides built-in backlight for alarm displays (white, amber, red backlight).

The TER BACnet / Modbus sensors can operate both in Centigrade and Fahrenheit.

The TER-BAC BACnet sensors provide device and point discovery functionality, making them easy to use in control applications.

The sensors use 24V AC power supply and have built-in bit switch for fast addressing and baud rate set-up. Furthermore the Modbus and BACnet addresses can also be set up over the network.

The TER-BAC sensors are suitable for use with any BACnet MS/TP client or Modbus RS485 RTU client. They can also be used with the SyxthSense / EasyIO Sedona controllers making the solution compact and cost effective to any size of applications.
