Stamford Endowed Schools has
renewed its Mechanical & Electrical
(M&E) Services contract with MCL
Energy across three sites and for 30
buildings.

The building services comprise
planned heating, ventilating and air
conditioning maintenance 24/7, and
site energy management using a
BEMS, and a guaranteed reduction
of 10% in heating costs over the life
of the contract.

Also included in the enhanced
contract is building asset
maintenance of a new £6m sports
centre, water hygiene services
(including Legionella), BEMS support
and seven energy efficient condensing
boiler installations.
