Dynatrack is a new slip resistant
matting designed and made in the
UK for London Underground’s
maintenance depots. The product
was trialled at the Cockfosters depot
and is now being rolled out at
Northfields.

It has similar
characteristics to
Vynagrip safety
matting, also
made by Plastic
Extruders. It has a
wider grid to
allow for dirt and
detritus to fall
through the gaps,
thereby removing
slip and trip hazards. A highly visible
edging shows workers they are
approaching the maintenance pit.

The matting has anti-fatigue
properties, is hard wearing, resistant
to oil, acid and chemicals and can be
easily rolled up for cleaning beneath.
