Satisfied that any potential disruption in customer service has been minimised, the new company will continue to trade from its facilities in Telford and Penygroes. Customers, with rare exception, will be serviced from whichever of the sites they used previously. 

The Leonardo brand will continue much as before, with updates as new dispensers become available. A rebranded Essentials range will be generally available and a private label service will still be offered to selective customers. A new range of wiping products will be launched under the Perform brand.
