In July 2010 water treatment
solutions specialist, Culligan
International, sold the UK arm of
the company, Culligan International
UK. In order to ensure that Culligan
retained its presence in the UK
commercial and industrial market, a
separate division – Culligan
Commercial & Industrial (UK) – was
formed which was then separated
from Culligan International UK.

General manager, Ian Roylance
explains the change: “There was some
confusion in the market with two
companies bearing the Culligan
name.We are therefore pleased to
announce we have now changed our
name to Culligan (UK).”
