combines the previous versions of
EN ISO 12100 and EN ISO 14121-1.

At the heart of the guide is an
extensive table of British, European
and International standards relating
to machine guarding. The table has
been revised to reflect recent
changes. Further changes in the
eighth edition of the guide include
updated lists of useful resources and
sources of further information.

The guide retains background
information about the current
machinery safety regulations and
their relationship with the European
Machinery directive 2006/42/EC,
together with that Directive’s new
requirements relating to CE
marking.
