Optima has enhanced some of its
services and introduced a new one.

Its energy procurement service,
backed up by the company’s inhouse
procurement software, enables
clients to take advantage of a volatile
energy market and the lowest prices
seen in over two years. Irrespective of
contract renewal dates, Optima can
advise clients and implement a
strategy for fixed or flexible purchasing
contracts well into the future .

Optima provides Invoice Validation
services for clients at more than
10,000 sites in the UK, ensuring that
all elements of their invoices are
checked for accuracy, and that
refunds are obtained where there are
errors. Optima says that savings of
between 3 and 5% are routinely
achieved.

A new service – Optima Carbon
Footprint – allows Optima to help
clients monitor and target carbon
emission reductions, evaluate all
greenhouse gas emissions and
generate full reporting for the CRC
energy efficiency scheme.
