Svantek UK’s new SV106
Human Vibration Meter
and Analyser is capable of
measuring both hand-arm
(HAV) and whole body
vibration (WBV). It can
measure vibration
simultaneously on both
hands, using two tri-axial
accelerometers.

The lightweight, pocket
sized Svantek SV106 analyser
is said to provide a new approach to
vibration monitoring. Featuring six
channels for vibration and two
channels for static force
measurement, it can be used to
measure whole-body vibration when
used with a seat
accelerometer.

It provides octave and
third octave real time band
analysis and fully complies
with standards ISO
8041:2005 and ISO 2631-1,2
and 5 (including VDV and
MTVV) for human
vibration and ISO 5349 for
hand-arm vibration.

Data can easily be
downloaded to any PC for analysis.
