Aimed at simplifying machine build and integration of SMART welding products into multi-head/multi-axis manufacturing welding cells, MacGregor Welding Systems has continued to develop its SMART Micro Welding range by teaming up with Beckoff to create a fully configurable 4 axis welding cell control systems.
Supplied with a comprehensive software suite of SMART power supply and weld head control libraries, the task of integration and development of custom welding cells is considerably simplified and shortened.
Controlled axes maybe configured for welding or product placement movements, with spare I/O used to control ancillary solenoids and sensors.
