The antennae is now an integral part of the load shackle and completely enclosed in the casing, so is no longer prone to damage. Two clips enable opening of the housing to access and change the batteries without the need for any tools, while all the electronics remain sealed underneath.

The Telshack telemetry load shackles uses integral telemetry electronics operating on the 2.4GHz license-free frequency. Two ranges are offered, the Telshack-B bow load shackle that can be used for weighing applications from 12 to over 1500t, and the Telshack-D chain type load shackle which can be used from 12 up to 35t.
