New heart for inverter range

In a design change now implemented, Nord Drivesystems has equipped all its motor-mounted and cabinet-installed frequency inverters with more versatile microcontrollers and new firmware.

The design of conventional taps and dies has changed little since the 17th century, except in terms of improvements in materials and precision. As machining speeds have increased, tool breakage due to the weakening fluted design and swarf clogging have become more of a problem. The new thread milling cutters from Toolex are designed to avoid these problems.
