New anti-crush safety systems
14 June 2019
The Easy-Fit ACKBelt anti-crush systems, developed first for pedestrian powered warehouse trucks, then to fit onto MEWP Access Platforms, has now been developed to easily fit onto fork lift trucks & MEWP counterweights.

The ACKjacket system is a series of jackets that house sections of bendable ACKBelt anti-crush belts. You can fit ACKJackets anywhere on a fork lift truck that you anticipate impact damage. The ACKBelt's elastomeric construction can absorb impact in small collisions, but its main function is to alert and report the incident.
The new ACKBelt system has its own self-contained control box, complete with alarm sounder, flashing beacon and telematic reporting option, or it can be wired directly into your truck's existing anti-crush system.
