FLIR Systems invites visitors to take their thermal imaging cameras with them to the Energy Event - whatever their age or brand - and trade them in for latest generation FLIR models carrying a 20% discount against list price. Additional accessories and software carry the same reduction.

The Show comes hot on the heels of the launch of the FLIR Systems trade-in programme on 1st September 2011 and provides a limited opportunity for industry to take advantage of cost savings that can be as much as £5,642.

One of FLIR Systems' greatest strengths is its parallel development of hardware and software. Both are more powerful and affordable than ever with building inspection and energy management sectors being the greatest beneficiaries of this investment.

At The Energy Event FLR Systems will be demonstrating its comprehensive B-, Tbx- and Ebx-Series thermal imaging cameras with dedicated features for speedy and effective detection building faults and energy loss.

The range extends from compact, troubleshooting models through to the highly powerful, with every sophisticated feature necessary for advanced temperature measurement and analysis. Best in class is a description that can be applied to all the new additions to the product programme that will appear at the Energy Event.

FLIR Systems also leads the way on wireless connectivity and many models are able to receive readings from Extech clamp- or moisture meters and transmit radiometric images to an iPhone or iPad. The FLIR trade-in programme offers instant upgrade to these features that add value to inspection.
