Driven linear actuators

Schaeffler has developed a range of high precision, compact driven linear units, including integrated linear actuators and linear tables. The type of linear actuator selected is based on the application requirements in terms of the required positional accuracy, positioning speed and load carrying capacity.

The standard range comprises an aluminium support rail that provides high rigidity. The guidance system has clearance-free, track roller guidance systems or recirculating ball guidance systems and the carriage is driven by one or three wear-resistant toothed belts, ball screw drive or a direct drive.

Schaeffler also offers telescopic actuators, actuators with opposing carriages and linear actuators with integral gearbox.
