Rainbow Cosmetics in Manchester
has brought its storage back in-house
and cut out the cost of third-party
storage thanks to the additional
storage space created at its
distribution centre by the installation
of Doity Engineering's Revlok
mezzanine floor.
The specifications at Rainbow Cosmetics included a suspended ceiling and column casings, three load gates and a safety hand-rail all the way around the mezzanine.
Doity has also ensured that the 50 by 11.5m mezzanine has a 1h fire rating certification. The floor's 4.85m height places it at the same level as the warehouse's first floor offices and gives direct access to the new area.
