RFID personnel tracking
29 January 2015
Software application and engineering company, Red Ledge, has developed an RFID ‘active tag’ personnel tracking system for large and medium manufacturing companies.

Red Ledge RFID People Tracker uses RFID readers to track any number of active-tagged personnel and any tagged assets they are carrying, through key zones, seamlessly and with no human intervention. Each tag is built into the employee’s personnel badge.
The system is suitable for people management in the case of an industrial incident, for site security, or when the manufacturer is operating rotating or other shifts involving the movement of large numbers of people.
