The Institution of Engineering Technology (IET) is sponsoring The IET London Young Professionals Engineering Conference on recent engineering and technology.
The event, which takes place at the Royal Society of Medicine in London, aims to be one of the leading engineering conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of engineering and technology. It also serves to foster communication among professionals, researchers, university students and in a wide variety of engineering fields including railways, tunnelling, energy and technical copywriting with a common interest in sharing engineering and technology related techniques.
Speakers and presentations at the conference:
• Kate Organ on engineering operations of the Thames Tideway Tunnel project, which is a major new sewer, urgently needed to protect the tidal River Thames from increasing pollution.
