'A safer Scotland' top of the agenda at Health & Safety Scotland 2018

10 July 2018

A free-to-attend b2b exhibition dedicated to Scotland’s safety industry, Health & Safety Scotland will return to the SEC, Glasgow from 12th to 13th September 2018.

Under the theme ‘Working together for a safer Scotland’, Health & Safety Scotland provides a wealth of networking and educational opportunities to anyone responsible for running a safe and efficient workplace. The event attracts thousands of safety and business professionals. Previous visitors have come from safety teams at Glasgow Airport, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sodexo Justice Services, The Weir Group, Scottish Power, Scotbeef, Taggarts Motor Group and many more.

Supported by the British Safety Industry Federation (BSIF), Health & Safety Scotland offers a platform for safety practitioners to access more than 200 of the world’s leading safety, fire safety and building management suppliers and manufacturers under one roof and the organisers have confirmed 3M, Berendsen UK, Ejendals, Blackline Safety, Portwest and Evac+Chair International to be just some of the brands exhibiting.

Following positive visitor feedback, the event will once again feature two theatres running a packed programme of CPD-accredited seminar content. The first, a keynote theatre with sessions curated by the British Safety Council, will comprise four presentations each day from some of the UK’s top safety practitioners and industry specialists.

The show will also see the return of the Safety Dialogue theatre, sponsored by 3M, a popular feature with attendees at its first appearance at the 2017 event. Sessions comprise panel-led discussions from experts and experienced end-users who will debate hot technical issues in the safety industry today.

Co-located with Fire Safety Scotland and Facilities Scotland, the event is part of the Scotland Works series and promises to be a key date in any Scottish safety professional's diary.

Free visitor registration is open at: www.healthandsafetyevents.co.uk/scotland. For exhibiting enquiries contact [email protected] or [email protected].
