Technical advice on pre-treatment process

Running a high performance pre-treatment process is a challenge, which is why Henkel offers free technical advice for new and existing lines. This advice helps customers review current processes in order to gain efficiencies and potentially add value to their end products.
As part of this, Henkel is offering a free, no-obligation line audit in exchange for a free Hanna Instruments' H198107 pH Tester (one per customer subject to availability). Henkel’s qualified experts could recommend new technologies to replace existing metal pre-treatment or give advice for new lines yet to exist. The closing date for this offer is the 28th September 2018.
After care is pivotal in the production process. The Henkel technical service team will assist and train customers to ensure that their functional coating line – with its own unique parameters – is performing to the highest standards.
