CHAS appoints quality and compliance manager

Shillitoe bings a wealth of knowledge and experience in quality and compliance to CHAS having spent 14 years in senior roles at two leading educational establishments.

From 2012 to 2020, she was continuous improvement manager at London Business School where she identified, developed and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across the business. She was responsible for analysing the SOP's performance and led improvements to processes and systems which resulted in improved customer feedback and quality and a reduction in time and costs.

Prior to this, Shillitoe worked at City & Guilds where she was responsible for the group meeting ISO 9001 and Investors in People standards. This included ensuring the quality system was understood and implemented throughout City & Guilds, recruiting and managing internal teams, hosting third-party audits and continuation of the group's accreditation.
