WD-40 Company Ltd has over 60 years experience in manufacturing the highest quality maintenance solutions for industry.
It all began in 1953, when Norm Larsen successful found the perfect formula for the water displacement product on the 40th attempt of its development. It was originally used on NASA’s Altas Space Missile Programme for prevent rust and corrosion from occurring, however staff started to take the product for use at home. This was the catalyst for manufacturing the product in a more user friendly aerosol format, so that it could help solve a multitude of problems for everyday people.
Today, there are over 2000 uses for the famous blue and yellow can and this continues to grow daily. Not only this, WD-40 Company Ltd is also developing more maintenance solutions to take care of for more specific tasks at work. WD-40 Specialist is a new range of 7 products, designed with industry in mind to help solve specific maintenance problems in the workplace. All of the products are NSF registered and have been independently ASTM tested, which has proved they outperform the leading competitors.
WD-40 Multi-Use Product remains the No. 1 toolbox essential and now there is WD-40 Specialist to help with those more demanding tasks at hand.
