Faster dew-point measurements from Michell's smallest portable
25 January 2013
Michell Instruments will be showing their smallest and fastest portable dew-point hygrometer at Air Tech.

Michell Instruments will be showing their smallest and fastest portable dew-point hygrometer at Air Tech. At just 21cm by 17cm, weighing 1.5kg, and with a battery life of up to 48 hours typical usage, it enables the user to take field moisture measurements with the minimum of fuss.
New developments in Michell's ceramic sensor technology have dramatically reduced the response time for low dew points, allowing for many more measurements to be taken each day.
To maximize flexibility, external sensors can be easily connected and used to measure and display pressure and temperature. These parameters can also be used to provide pressure and temperature compensated measurements improving accuracy and allowing users to choose from a range of measurement parameters.
Visit Michell at Air Tech on stand A3131 for a demonstration of the MDM300, or for advice on dew point measurement and control in compressed air system. Michell - a BCAS member for over 10 years - has a comprehensive range of dew-point transmitters, online analyzers and sampling systems designed to monitor the moisture levels in compressed air systems. Their calibration sensor exchange programme ensures continued traceability with the minimum of maintenance.
