two-year service agreement
worth an expected €2.5m.
The agreement, Crawford's largest ever, relates to servicing and preventive maintenance of its own doors as well as those of competitors at gas stations in Germany. Crawford's organisation in Germany, Crawford hafa, will manage the agreement.
The company sells industrial doors, docking and service solutions for industrial, retail, transportation and logistics operations.
Ove Bergkvist, president, (pictured) says: "We have been working on strengthening our service activities for a long time.We offer servicing both of our own doors and those of other brands, as well as of related products such as automatic entrance doors. Today, the service business accounts for more than half of our sales."
