Spencer Roberts, previously MD of AMH, will head up the new company, that will retain the name Caljan Rite-Hite.
He comments: "As a combined force we are in a stronger position to support our customers with design, installation, project management and service, utilising the Caljan Rite-Hite product range, enabling them to achieve consistency, improve health and safety, and productivity, whilst reducing their costs."
