Caljan Rite-Hite makes acquisition

Caljan Rite-Hite has acquired AMH Services, combining the quality products of Caljan Rite-Hite with the value-adding philosophy and focus of AMH Services and creating what is said to be a truly 24/7 UK-wide company that can provide complete solutions throughout the logistics 'value-chain'.

Spencer Roberts, previously MD of AMH, will head up the new company, that will retain the name Caljan Rite-Hite.

He comments: "As a combined force we are in a stronger position to support our customers with design, installation, project management and service, utilising the Caljan Rite-Hite product range, enabling them to achieve consistency, improve health and safety, and productivity, whilst reducing their costs."
