The 4.88m diameter fan keeps the temperature consistent in an area of approximately 30 x 20m, even in the corners. Draughts are avoided as the air is de-stratified to keep temperatures consistent from floor to ceiling.Warehouse manager, Marcel Dibbes was impressed by the savings on energy costs.
"The marginal effect of the highspeed fans, which was apparent only if you stood directly beneath them, didn't equate with the high energy consumption. The investment in the Revolution Fan has proved to be really worthwile. We expect a payback time of just 2 years," he says.
The Revolution Fan, which uses universal steel mounting brackets, is said to be simple to install. The mounting system includes a beam clamp and four stabilising cables.
