Condensate recovery system

ARI-Armaturen has supplied Kemira Chemicals UK with CORsys, its new precisely engineered packaged system which delivers unrestricted return of condensate under all load conditions.

Kemira required a condensate recovery system that would help improve its steam system efficiency.

David Tuff, senior process engineer at Kemira's Bradford plant said:"We needed an efficient system to return condensate back to the boiler feed tank on our industrial dryers. Since installing CORsys, we have noticed a considerable improvement in process efficiency, less production spoilage plus significant savings on running costs and energy usage.

"The CORsys system is easy to operate and maintain and the added benefit of simplified operating procedures is that we don't need to retain a service company to maintain the new system, saving us even more time and money."
