Flowcrete will be showcasing its comprehensive flooring systems, geared up for the needs of the rail industry, at Railtex 2011. The company's latest innovation, Flowcrete Flowfast Rapid Transit, is said to be a popular choice within the industry for environments above and below ground.

Fire-resistant to London Underground's Section 12 usage, Flowfast Rapid Transit is a seamless acrylic resin system, which includes the quartz finish Flowfast Rapid Transit SR and the flexible floor tiles, Flowfast Rapid Transit Tactiles.

Ready for use 2h after installation, Flowfast Rapid Transit has little impact on day-to-day operations in refurbishment programmes and helps speed construction programmes.

The Tactiles have two variants: Blister and Corduroy. Both afford flexibility and good slip resistance.
