Fastener and cable accessories supplier, Anixter Component Solutions has introduced a range of component assortment kits to their standard product range.
Covering a wide variety of styles and sizes of fasteners, hole plugs and 'O' ring seals, the kits are ideal for maintenance, repair and R&D departments. Supplied in robust compartmented boxes, the kits keep the components clean and separated into to ordered sizes, reducing the time taken to “rummage around†in order to find the right size of part needed.
The fastener kits contain a wide variety of stainless steel DIN standard machine and self tapping screws. Nylon threaded and push fastener kits are also available.
There are 17 types of kit in the range including an 'O' ring splicing kit that contains 14 sizes of 'O' ring cord and all the equipment you need to create your own sizes of seal.
“Using standard component kit boxes can help speed up repairs and thus reduce machine downtime as well as reduce the development time of prototypes and test equipment.†says Andrew Fletcher, Technical Director for Anixter Component Solutions.
