Work right with Workmate

The Workmate from Cayman Venture Limited (CVL) is said to be simple to use as the company has developed the workflow around logical steps found in typical environments in which its use is envisaged.
The Workmate from Cayman Venture Limited (CVL) is said to be simple to use as the company has developed the workflow around logical steps found in typical environments in which its use is envisaged.
The company says: “We offer a custom-tailoring service to the specific needs of customers around our rock-solid core program.â€
Features include:
- Plant file: The plant file holds the information that customers need to hold on equipment, plant, buildings or services.
- Instruction file: Regular, scheduled tasks that you carry out on your plant items. These can be inspections, checks, routines, PMs or overhauls. The task detail held here can be printed out on work orders.
- Spares: Inventory of the spares that are used on your equipment, plant, buildings or services.
All jobs can be processed through the Active Work List. Workmate also has the tools to produce reports and graphs, from a simple report on the life-cost of an asset to a graph showing how manpower is being utilised.
Furthermore, all information collected is stored in History and can then be searched and a report produced.
Customers can also run a top ten report to identify which assets contribute the most breakdowns or the worst downtime.
Breakdown analysis can also be performed against any user defined criteria this report identifies recurring faults.
Lastly, a future maintenance feature predicts peaks and troughs of scheduled work, so customers are warned early of resource requirements.
