Workmate is maintenance software, only easier

Maintenance management systems should be simple logical and easy to use, unfortunately most try to do too much and end up being complicated and overbearing.

Instead of helping they end up being a strain on resources. Workmate is designed to be an antidote to those types of systems.

The components are fairly standard:

- A plant file - hold as little or much information as you need on your plant and equipment. You can also link plant items to their pictures, documents and risk assessments.
- An instruction file - to list your regular tasks, instructions, procedures Inspections checks and routines.
- Maintenance scheduler - to set up PM's tasks against your Plant items.
- Active Work List - Where you can manage your PM's and also your unscheduled work.
- History - where you can record what work has been done on your equipment. Reports and graphs are also included.

If needed, Workmate also has a spares inventory and suppliers list.

In addition, because Workmate is written Designed installed and supported by us at CVL, we can also add to or bespoke the system to fit your company or industry requirements.

Workmate is currently being used in the Manufacturing, Food, Services Distribution and Pharmaceutical industries.
