Speedy Services has relocated its specialist London Power depot to Erith, and invested over £1m in new equipment and services at the site.

The new 120,000ft2 depot has been strategically positioned close to the Thames Crossing and M25 to provide faster call out and response times and increased reach across Greater London and the South East of England.

As part of a £7m nationwide fleet investment, over £1m has been spent at Erith while 15 new jobs have also been created, 10 of which are new engineer roles.

In addition to some of the newest and most efficient generators on the market, such as the SDMO Power Generators and Doosan 7/13G Compressors, the Erith depot will also house 20, 24/7 call out engineers as well as an on-site workshop to support many of its clients' timecritical projects in the region.
