Designed for use in wet environments, where humidity, wash down and oily conditions can be found, Habasit Rossi has extended its high performance range of HabaSYNC timing belts for food production and packaging applications to include a new blue Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) belting solution.

FDA approved, the HabaSYNC Blue 90 Shore A Polyether TPU timing belt is reinforced with aramide cords to ensure consistent and exact positioning, and is available in T5 and T10 pitches.

The HabaSYNC range has been specifically designed for applications where precise product positioning, indexing or synchronisation are vital.

Belts can be made to exact dimensional needs and supplied complete with guides, profiles and covers to suit every application including accumulation and indexing.
