Health at Work (EU-OSHA) presented
its third Healthy Workplaces Film
Award at the 54th International
Leipzig Festival for Documentary and
Animated Film. This year the prize for
the best documentary on work-related
topics was won by Carmen Losmann
of Germany for her film Work Hard -
Play Hard, an exploration of modern
theories of work organisation and
management.
Dr Christa Sedlatschek, director of EU-OSHA said: "With the Healthy Workplaces Film Award we want to promote the importance of workplace health and safety across Europe by challenging and encouraging film makers to create documentaries on the issue.Work Hard - Play Hard is a worthy winner, reflecting on key questions in today's working world."
