Taking the helm at Testo

Measurement technology specialist testo has announced the appointment of Chris Nicholson as managing director of its UK operation.

Nicholson says the decision to take the helm was easy given testo's long term strategies and strength of character during the recent financial turmoil, culminating with unprecedented investment and a true understanding of the sector.

As for the future, he says: "We will consolidate and enhance the testo reputation in the core areas of industrial applications, food and pharmaceuticals, as well as maintaining our position in the key area of flue gas analysis, aiming for notable expansion over the next five years.
