The revolutionary OIL- X EVOLUTION compressed air filters, the most energy efficient in the world, use a combination of aerospace technology and unique element design to optimise air flow paths, increase air quality and provide a greater dirt holding capacity, all of which reduce system operating costs.
Parker domnick hunter has continued to develop both the compressed air filter and the standards governing compressed air quality; an advanced design means that the performance of OIL-X EVOLUTION filters that can meet or even exceed the highest classifications of all three revisions of the ISO 8573-1:2010 international air quality standard. Air purity to Class 0 is also achievable, but only with prior agreement of the purity levels between the user and Parker domnick hunter.
In comparative testing against five commonly available “alternative†filters, a true picture of energy consumption begins to emerge. A filter with a low purchase cost may not always turn out to be the most cost effective solution.
As can be verified, all Parker domnick hunter filtration products are designed to not only reduce dirt, water and oil contamination to critical industry standards, but also to significantly minimise energy requirements for their operation.
OIL-X EVOLUTION filter performance is also independently verified by Lloyds Register, the leading international approval authority.
