The Energy Event, recently shortlisted
for the UK's Best Trade Show Award,
has announced an addition to its
agenda. The 'Water Efficiency Zone'
has been developed in partnership
with Waterwise and Water Efficient
Solutions and provides a dedicated
focus for anyone interested in water
efficiency.
Alison Jackson, MD of i2i Events Group (formerly Emap Connect), said: "The Water Efficiency Zone aims to combine leading innovations, ideas and concepts that bring together professionals looking to source water efficiency products and solutions'. The announcement makes The Energy Event even more appealing for exhibitors and visitors alike.
"The 2012 event will cater for the industrial, commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors, making it one of the most relevant exhibitions for all energy users across the country.
Water is a precious resource and now more than ever, greater support is needed for those companies that want to manage this resource more efficiently. I am proud that we have made this extra commitment to our exhibitors and visitors," added Jackson.
The Energy Event is aimed at professionals looking to optimise their company's energy use, comply with legislation and put in place sustainable energy efficiency and procurement solutions; the event will run on 11-12 September at NEC Birmingham.
Headline speakers include Philip Lowe, Director General for Energy at The European Commission, Daisy McAndrew, Brian Cox, Alistair Campbell and James Woudhuysen.
Bigger seminar theatres, better networking areas, a networking dinner, more European and market leading speakers are just some of the other features that will benefit show visitors this year.
A wide range of exhibitors will be showcasing their latest innovations and newest products
