Where there is an emphasis on
stringent hygiene requirements and
ease of cleaning, Rittal's Hygienic
Design (HD) enclosures, with a
protection category of IP69K, can
provide a key element in the design
of open processes in the food
industry and clean rooms.
Available in a number of sizes and utilising Rittal's HD system accessories, benefits include simple cleaning with inclined surfaces of 3° on all sides and 10° on the front cover to prevent debris remaining on the enclosure surfaces; an all round gap free silicone seal between enclosure door or cover; seam-free construction and hygiene compliant hexagon locks and fixings.
For easy assembly and maintenance there is a captive quick release cover lock on terminal boxes.
