Enclosures meet IP66 & IP69K
24 May 2013
Rittal has extended the range of protection categories for its Hygienic Design range of enclosures.

With immediate effect all Hygienic Design Compact enclosures and Terminal boxes satisfy the demands of IP66 and IP69K, along with NEMA types 12, 13 & 4X with the addition of NEMA 3R for HD-KL Terminal boxes.
With the extended protection categories the housing solutions can be cleaned faster and more easily, reducing the down time for scheduled maintenance and helping to increase the end user's productivity, efficiency and profitability.
