Parker Hannifin's new P3L Lite is a rugged, ultra lightweight air preparation system, that is said to combine excellent performance with value for money. Suitable for a range of general purpose tasks within pneumatic systems, it is available as filter, regulator stand alone units or filter/ regulator combinations.

For operating pressures from 0 to 10 bar, the ¼in ported units may be used individually, but as they are modular they can be connected without use of pipe connectors. This saves space and provides for constant mounting centres.

Available with an operating temperature range 0 to 50°C, the P3L Lite has been designed to filter out rust, dirt, moisture and other impurities from compressed air lines. Units are available with a choice of 5 or 40- micron filter elements and have either manual or semi auto drains.

Where removal of liquid aerosols and sub micron particles is required, Parker offers coalescing filters; for the removal of oil vapours and most hydrocarbons, adsorber filters can be purchased to provide high purity air.
