Culligan UK, a provider of advanced
water treatment solutions, has
introduced a high efficiency (HE)
water softener. Its design addresses
concerns such as operating, labour
and maintenance costs and the
impact of poor water quality
on operational efficiency and
customer service levels.
Mark Savill, general manager, says: "Selecting the correct pretreatment solution is the first step users can take to reduce scale, extend the life of their equipment and reduce maintenance costs." The HE Water Softener is said to be among the most efficient commercial water softening solutions available. Users can customise the system with features such as: Aqua- Sensor, which adjusts to water conditions, reduces operating costs and accelerates return on investment through water and salt savings. Up Flow Regeneration allows users to cut their salt consumption by up to 24%, while Dial Softness enables users to blend some hard water back into the outlet, minimising corrosivity and excess softness.
Culligan's Smart Controller allows users to monitor their water treatment equipment's performance and is compatible with most building management systems.
