Designers have until the 28th February 2013 to submit their entry.
The manus awards celebrate innovative applications with lubrication and maintenance-free polymer bearings that distinguish themselves through technical and/or economic efficiency.
Participating is simple: just submit a short description of the application, the previous problem and challenges, a description of the solution and details of bearing type, including photos or sketches.
The winner will receive €5000, with second and third places receiving €2500 and €1000 respectively. The award ceremony will take place at the Hannover Fair 2013.
