Cable-based fall restraint
18 January 2014
Nottingham-based Roodsafe has secured a contract to help construct the King Abdullah Football Stadium in Saudi Arabia, and is currently installing in excess of 5km of cable-based fall restraint systems on the stadium in Jeddah.

The company revealed in the contract win during UKTI's 'Export Week', a campaign to encourage businesses to trade internationally. The award is the first major overseas contract secured by the company since it was set up by Simon Rood in 2002.
It was supported by Bob O'Meara, UKTI international trade advisor, and received financial backing from Lloyds Commercial Banking.
