Tool system tackles issue of HAVS

21 February 2014

The Di-Pro Power Hand Tool System, available from Kemet International is designed to reduce the risk of HAVS, without compromising performance.

Optimised for tools within a certain weight to achieve as low a vibration level as possible, the Di-Pro is said to represent a new standard of high-end polishing/filing machines that puts increased focus on the operator’s well-being.

The Di-Pro is available with/for flexible shaft connection (slip-joint / ball-joint) or an integrated micro or air motor. A range of tools are available to achieve to boost the efficiency to vibration-ratio.

Further protection is offered by using the Di-Pro in combination with a range of protective finger sleeves. The finger sleeves allow the operator to guide the tool without placing their fingers on any moving parts. They come boxed with an extension rod, for applications when a longer tool is required, and instructions/tools to attach it.
