Ace solution
19 March 2014
Space and speed were key issues for Ace Express Logistics when it was looking to update its forklifts. These requirements were answered by Aisle-Master articulated trucks, the fifth of which has just been delivered to a site near Dublin.

Comfortable driver station, ease of operation and reputation for reliability were some of the factors which won over both the drivers and management.
Aisle-widths of 4m needed when carrying longer loads with the previous reach trucks have been almost halved in some areas for a doubling of storage capacity to accommodate 14,000 pallet spaces.
The 2t capacity powered 20WHE trucks work inside and out and can offload from HGV’s when needed.
The wider chassis and extra ballast incorporated into the Aisle-Masters enables the company to lift loads of up to 1300kg to the top racking height of 8m.
