Working with a number of well-known companies across the food, drink, pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors, MCP are providing engineering maintenance skills assessment and development.

The 'Centres' are established within the organisation and provide a thorough practical assessment of technical staff and support their own skills’ development programmes.
MCP’s trainers also address safety issues ensuring staff are technically competent to work competently.
A suite of assessments/interviews has been developed addressing generic skills for maintenance technicians.
