Veolia takes gold again
16 May 2014
Veolia Water Technologies UK, ELGA Process Water, ELGA LabWater and Aquafab have, once again, had their approach to occupational health and safety recognised in an awards scheme run by the safety charity, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).

Veolia received the prestigious President’s Award for the second year running, having gained the Society’s Gold Medal for the eleventh consecutive year. The presentations will be made at the Award Ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, at the National Exhibition Centre, on May 14, 2014.
David Rawlins, RoSPA’s awards manager, said: "The RoSPA Awards encourage the raising of occupational health and safety standards across the board. Organisations that gain recognition for their health and safety management systems such as Veolia Water Technologies UK, contribute to a collective raising of the bar for other organisations to aspire to, and we offer them our congratulations.”
Lyndsey Wicks, health & safety manager for Veolia Water Technologies UK said: "Health & Safety is our number one priority, and we are delighted to receive this award for the eleventh consecutive year. We take a proactive approach to exceed health & safety standards and will continue to promote a positive health & safety culture within our organisation."
