Arc Energy Resources was founded by Andrew’s father, Alan, and his mother Rosemary is also a director. The company specialises in weld overlay cladding services, providing protection against corrosion and wear for equipment in the oil & gas, nuclear and processing industries. On target for a record year, the company has signed a lease for larger premises which will include an R&D facility.
