Additions to glove family
18 June 2015
Three new lines have been added by uvex to its phynomic glove range.

All uvex phynomic gloves are made in Germany to uvex’s independently-accredited pure standard. The company says they fit like a second skin and offer outstanding grip. They are free from silicone and harmful solvents, so can be used by allergy-sensitive wearers in a multitude of wet and dry applications.
The new uvex phynomic x-foam HV glove has detachable fingertips. Perforated seams along the base of each finger of the glove enable them to tear off should the worker’s fingers become trapped in tools.
The distinctive blue uvex phynomic C3 glove offers level-3 cut protection and is said to provide dexterity and exceptional grip in dry or damp environments. Approved for use in the food industry, the machine-washable glove leaves no trace marks on products and its bright colour enables managers to ensure the correct gloves are being used for food handling.
The uvex phynomic ESD glove complies with the new electrostatic discharge standard EN16350 to protect against electrostatic discharge where flammable areas exist or might be present. Suitable also for precision assembly work, the ESD’s light, flexible nature, soft conductive fibres and non-surface-scratching carbon fibre lining mean the product is protected as well as the wearer.
