WMS supports expansion plans

TouchWMS will integrate with Norcros’ new Microsoft Dynamics ERP system to automate the company’s warehousing and manufacturing processes as part of a broader business improvement initiative. Norcros Adhesives is planning to increase its manufacturing capacity by 150%. The company is a trading division of Norcros Group (Holdings).

Commenting on the decision to invest in TouchWMS Norcros Adhesives operations director, Dr Mohammed Nawaz says: “The planned increase in our manufacturing capacity will have an impact on the volume and diversity of product we make and send to the warehouse. Going forward, best-in-class stock control and traceability based on seamless shop floor and warehousing information are therefore essential.
